Direct notification to the Bodegen in Spain

We take care of all communication and notification with the bodegas in Spain and the wineries in France and Portugal in order to organize the collection of your goods smoothly and efficiently. Thanks to our direct contacts with the Spanish wine and spirits producers, we can optimally coordinate pick-up dates and quantities and avoid waiting times.

Our experienced team ensures that your high-quality wines and spirits are loaded safely and transported on time. This allows you to concentrate on your core competencies while we take care of the entire logistics process for you.

As an excise duty specialist, we handle all excise duty declarations for wine, beer, brandy and spirits in Germany. With our extensive experience and state-of-the-art customs software, we ensure that all excise tax declarations are correct and legally compliant.

We use the EMCS system (Excise Movement and Control System) to create electronic administrative documents (e-VD) and process excise duty declarations securely and transparently. This allows you to avoid tax problems and benefit from legally compliant documentation and invoicing.

Our own warehouse enables us to bundle and efficiently coordinate shipments from different regions of Spain. By collecting deliveries from different bodegas in our warehouse, we optimize the transport flow and reduce empty mileage. For you, this means lower transport costs and faster deliveries.
