History of Spedition Albrecht

Since the beginnings of our company in 1985, the name Albrecht has stood for the quality and service of a medium-sized and independent service provider for all processes in the value chain of trade and industry, specializing in the movement of goods between Germany and Spain.

On this page we would like to take you on a short journey through time.

1985

Spain traffic is taken up with 1 truck

1993

Conversion into a limited company with the move to the HBF in Solingen, with a storage area of 500 square meters; 4 trucks, 7 employees.

1999

Expansion of the forwarding facility in Solingen to 2500 square meters of storage space; 14 trucks, 19 employees.

2000

Establishment of the subsidiary with its own office in Alicante.

2002

Relocation to Wuppertal to the current company headquarters; 18 trucks, 25 employees.

2023

Takeover of Spedition Falk Albrecht GmbH by Bernd and Alexandra Günßler, here with Mrs. Sabine Albrecht.

2024

Our first of five newly acquired trucks after the company takeover. An investment in the future for both ecological and technical reasons. Many assistance systems increase safety on our roads. We replace our fleet every three to four years.
