For our company, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.spedition-albrecht.de\/en\/\">Spedition-Albrecht<\/a>, we have calculated a diesel cost share (DKA) of 30 % in our area of operation, international long-distance transport with an annual mileage of 180 thousand kilometers, whereby this naturally increases proportionally with rising fuel prices despite reduced consumption values due to better engine technology.<\/p>\n<p>The DKA in a local transport company as well as in national long-distance transport is significantly lower.<\/p>\n<p>This results in the following calculation for a <a href=\"https:\/\/spedition-albrecht.de\/glossar\/dieselfloater\/\">diesel price escalation clause<\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/spedition-albrecht.de\/glossar\/dieselfloater\/\">(diesel floater<\/a>):<\/p>\n<p>Determined diesel price index change ( DPI-V) = 20% (example value) ;
